4 corners :: 201 posts later
I planted a couple of new succulents. Right now they are on my coffee table in the living room.
My camellia bush is blooming beautifully this year. It has struggled for so long, but now I think it has finally found some happiness and is telling the world. Thank you, lovely pink princess.
This past weekend it was so warm, Noah pulled his old friend from winter storage (which means it was just leaning up against the back fence) and brought it back to life. See, Mr. turtle is smiling--happy to be needed again.
The warm weather has also herald the clothesline coming back into use. The lower line is for Noah who is my 'hanging helper'. I decided today that he needs his own small laundry basket and a clothespin apron. I can sort out the things he can hang into the basket and he won't be waiting for me to dole out the clothespins. We'll be extra efficient.
You can see more corners here.

This is my 201st post. I was only going to talk about my corners, but when I signed into Typepad I noticed that I had come to the 200 post mark. I haven't been paying attention to that, but since I noticed, and since 200 seems like a mile-marker, and since I appreciate all of you so much for taking the time to read what I write, and since sending little gifts out is so fun--(whew. that's a lot of 'sinces') I want to give a small token. Just to say thank you, again, for supporting my blog. Thank you for the personal emails and gifts I have gotten. I'm always so touched and honored at your thoughtfulness.
I will draw 2 names on Friday morning from the comments and wrap up a little surprise for the winners.
Thank you, thank you, thank you--for coming to this small corner of my world.
I wish we all could just gather around somewhere and chat up a storm :)

I love the cloths line. I only use mine currently for diaper covers but I think my 2 (almost 3 yo) would get a kick out of helping mom hang cloths. Does your turtle get used as a wader or sand box?

I love the idea of a kiddie clothesline, basket, and apron. Reminds me of the little golden book "We Help Mommy". I used to read that and actually WISH I had a clothesline of my own.

Happy 200th!

I'm so glad of this bloggy space where we can meet. I love coming here and seeing what you're thinking of or creating on any particular day. To me, you always project a sense of serenity and calm... I know you're probably laughing and that there's some sort of chaos going on behind you right now, but it soothes me when I most need it!

It's so nice to see the signs of spring in your world. We still have piles of snow, sometimes it feels like we will never see the grass again! Happy 200th...keep the smiles coming.

We cracked open our Mr. Turtle today, too.
Happy 200th and keep 'em coming!

Happy 200th! Thank you for taking time to share so much with all of us! :) I'm going to need a little clothesline here, too, for my little helpers. Thanks for the great idea! :)

Congrats on reaching 200 (or 201, I guess)! It's nice to see the smiling turtle; we had one just like it when we were little. Kristopher has been talking about getting out his sandbox and refilling it this week. Guess I will be getting some sand soon too!

Congratulations on 201 posts! :) Yours is one of the blogs I (guiltily) check just about every day. I think I've been a lurker for several months by now. By the way, I love, love, love, love your banner. Every time I see it I think, that's so pretty and elegant! :)

Congrats on your milestone! And your sweet clothesline is such a wonderful sight now that the days are getting warmer. I think it will be a few more weeks before we put ours back up. There is another chance of snow tomorrow. Ugh!

I love your little succulent.
Can't wait to see Noah in action with his clothespin apron and own clothesline.
Posted by:Sarah | March 13, 2007 at 08:52 PM
Aw, you have to give us a picutre of Noah with his own line, basket and pin bag.
You always seem to have the loveliest ideas.
I am eagerly awaiting spring here. I check the forsythia each day outside my bedroom window. As soon as it blooms, I change out my closet.
Silly, but it helps me shake off winter.
Congrats on your 200th+ post!
I am NOT a very good blogger....I post for a while then get off course. Maybe one day I will get the knack of it but I seem to spend so much time posting on ebay, I can't factor blogging in as well.......

congratulations on 200 posts! I don't know how many I've read, but I've been visiting for awhile, and don't know that I've ever commented :o)
I hope to put up a clothesline this spring, do your clothes just smell wonderful?! I bet they do!

Happy 201st post to you. Keep on posting, by all means. I love reading what you're up to.

Oh, your post reminds me to take pics of my Camelia that is blooming right now, too. It's a wine red color, though.
I have enjoyed my visits to your blog to check in; athough I am a new visitor!
Congratulations!

Happy blogaversary!
It looks so lovely and promising with a clothesline again. I see you have exactly the same pegs as I do, for some reason I thought the US pegs were all a different kind. And the Camellia - oh - spring!

Just wanted to say Hi, I been reading your blog for a while, but I never comment, this is my first. Anyway, I really like your blog! Lisa from Sweden

Your blog is quite lovely and the photos are wonderful. I believe I may have been on your blog a couple weeks ago when I noticed an adorable photo of a bunny lunch tote. I am not sure if it was your site or not but I would like to try and find the pattern to make the lunch tote for my girls. I'll be perusing for a while in the hopes of finding it!
