a few circles
As part of my sprucing up adventures, a few circles. It feels really good to be doing stuff for my little home-sweet-home. Isn't this idea so great? I think one could never tire of it. Just switch out the fabric and it's all new again (i didn't use any glue on mine). Thank you Purl Bee for sharing it, bravo!
I was having a time trying to get decent pictures of these hoops, I tell ya. The natural lighting on this wall is so pretty, but try to photograph it and it sticks it's tongue out at you! I think I took about 50 before I decided these would do. I don't have time to take that many photos! I need to get it right in about 10 shots or less :)
Tonight, I clean out my laundry room (oh yes, I lead an exciting night-life) and that's the end of my organizing and clean up. Then, the fun stuff! New pillows for the couch, a new curtain for my kitchen window and a couple of table runners. That should be just about right.
Ugghh. This picture is so blurry, but it was the best out of all the group shots. I knew you would want to see all of them together so I didn't want to leave it out. I'm so happy with my little grouping here. I highly recommend this for your sprucing up list. Find a spot somewhere in your house for a few circles.

Those look so great. You're right--it's an awesome idea, and so easy and pretty to do!

It looks wonderful and the lines in the wall make them appear to be beautiful ornaments hanging there.

Lovely job - it looks so nice on that woodwork. Oh, sprucing up the house sounds so nice - I am really at a low point with my love of my house now. Definitely need to find energy and time for projects like this!

I've been loving that idea for a while...I think they'd look cool bubbling down a hallway. Its great to be able to switch them out. Also, I LOVE your night life. It's so satisfying staying up all night to organize something, pass out on the couch at 1am and wake up to everything in it's place! :-)

Such a fun idea! I have seen it before but forgot about it. I have several other textiles hanging on walls as art, and I think these would be perfect for my office/yarn room. Thanks for sharing!

Arg! A few months ago, I decided to start eliminating some items from my craft room, as I was running out of space. That stack of wooden hoops had been stored in there for YEARS, I tell you, so they were among the first things to go to the Salvation Army. NOW, I discover an oh-so-cool use for them.
This is why I am such a packrat and never like to get rid of anything. I always end up wishing I had it back. Sigh. Yours look very pretty, by the way. :-)

I can not get enough of these, they are stunning. Suzie Sews
PS I just wanted to say a personal thank you, having read all about you mastering the granny square I eventually took the yarn and hook in hand and got to grips with it myself, I am so enjoying it and I wanted to thank you for giving me that push even if you had no idea you had a hand in it!!! Thanks

Cute! I'll be doing that soon in my craft room as well. I've bought the hoops but just haven't been able to make myself cut into the fabric yet lol! I really love those prints, especially the brown tree one!
