i have 2 blogs now
I'm just barely getting this macro posted to be on time--this is photo 9 out of 30, 21 more to go! This picture was a point and shoot without me looking through the viewfinder. Sometimes my favorite photos are taken this way. I really love how this one turned out. I think I'm going to post a link in my side bar if you care to see all the photos I'll be taking for this challenge--but I won't be posting each one here, just some. There are other things I'm itching to blab about and not all of it will coordinate with my macro shot for that day. I can be silly this way, just ask my husband. I like to have neat little piles of this and that and not all jumbled up :)
While I'm on the subject of pictures and stuff, I've started a new blog. Actually, I'm calling it my photography journal. It's that pile thing I mentioned above. I'm wanting to separate my photography into it's own little home--a place to talk photography and of course to post lots of pictures while I learn. If you have any interest in this subject I would love for you to join me there! AS I SEE IT.

I feel very much the same way about needing things to be categorized ever-so-neatly into their own little piles. I'm off to check the new blog. :)

Damn...if I could point and shoot like that, I would take more pictures!
Off to check out the new blog.
And I totally get the organized piles. My dh calls me a freak because of it. lol

Your picture is so beautiful it is nearly moving. By looking at it I immediatly felt peaceful, allayed (is it the proper word ?), and hopeful. The soft colours ;o), the little blurredness, the space above the flowers...sigh...
Do you mind if I include your picture in my screensaver ? And on my blog (I would of course link it to yours) ?

I love the negative space in this photo. Also love that it was point and shoot. Reminds me that some of the sweetest moments in life just can't be planned out!

I commented on the flickr group - but I had to comment here too - this so simple yet so stunning. Very ethereal quality about it. Sometimes it is that surprise shot that comes out best.

your pictures are more and more amazing. they've always been beautiful.
Just coming from your photo blog and wanted to leave a congratulations comment but your new blog doesn't accept comments from other hosting service, so just know I will just read it silently for now :P (that's the reason why I don't like blogspot at all, they make it so complicated to post a comment unless you have a goggle/blogger account)
